What is the Preferred Partner Program?

The Preferred Partner Program is Vinson and Sill's annual home service membership. For a flat monthly fee, members receive four annual inspections (two HVAC + one plumbing + one electrical), 15% off all parts and labor, priority scheduling, and reduced emergency dispatch ($150 vs. $300 for non-members).

The membership is transferable to a new buyer if you sell your home — which is a selling point.

Emergency service is the most common moment new members sign up: "Tonight is $300 — members pay $150, want me to add you right now?"
